This is not a substitute for reading the final details and Day 2 information which are available online.

  • Please can we ask that everyone arrives before 12:30, and that you do not leave the parking field before 13:00 so that car flow can be managed appropriately.
  • Certificates for 1st-3rd place on M/W 10-16 A/B for Day 1 are available to collect from the Information Tent.
  • All lost property will be in the Information Tent.
  • Did you incorrectly appear as “non-competitive” in yesterday’s results? If so, please come to the download tent before your run today so that we can fix things.
  • For those of you who have not managed to collect coasters we are very sorry that we appear to be short of coasters supplies – any competitor who would really like a commemorative coaster, should leave their name, address and club name with the information team. We will let you know what we plan to do as soon as we have had time to discuss the options.

The Day 2 organising team would like to make you aware of the following:

  • There is a high deer fence and two low barbed wire fences which can only be crossed at marked crossing points. The deer fence is crossed by high stiles which look like this:

    Deer-fence stile

One of these stiles is timed-out for courses 15, 16 and 17 and we would ask that older or slower competitors keep to the left.

  • The early controls on the White Start courses are in an open area where line features are sometimes indistinct. On Courses 22 and 23 taping and smiley/sad faces will be used.
  • All White Start courses cross the walk to the Red, Blue and Green Starts. This crossing will be marshalled, and competitors given priority.
  • Courses 1E & 2E use a scale of 1:15,000; courses 2 to 6 use a scale of 1:10,000; and all other courses use a scale of 1:7,500 today.
