The Day 4 organising team would like to make you aware of the following:

• Remember certificates for 1st-3rd place on M/W 10-16 A/B are available to collect from the Information Tent.
• Reminder – please take your rubbish home. We have bins for traders but we expect you to take your rubbish home.
• Did you lose your glasses on Day 3? If yes we had a pair handed in and can be collected from information.
• MERCHANDISE
  • Pre-paid orders:- For those of you who we sent a reminder email to, and have not yet either replied or visited our tent to collect, the last opportunity to do so, before we re-sell it, is  Thursday – Day 4.
    Please note that the merchandise tent will be open from 9:30am to 2:00pm on Thursday Day 4.
  • If you can not collect your pre-paid kit tomorrow (Day 4) then please tell us, preferably by email ASAP otherwise it will be re-sold and obviously you will be refunded accordingly less the admin charge.
    For those of you still hoping to buy an event O top…. or other merchandise, or swap sizes, please visit our tent tomorrow and put your name down on our waiting list so that we can contact you on Friday – Day 5 should your requested item(s) become available, you may be lucky!
  • There will be no discount on any remaining merchandise items on day 5.  It will be advertised and sold after the event due to popular demand.
• PARKING
• • Car Park A (West) is for campervans over 5m, EVs, any car with a passenger aged 70 and over or aged 11 and under, and anyone carrying their club tent.
  • Car Park B (East) is for all other cars.
  • Because of road closures it is essential that you follow the mandatory routes to the car parking:

• • Please note that the diagram in the printed version of the programme has the car parks mis-labelled. We are very sorry about that.
  • Please arrive before 12:30. There is no exit before 13:00
• There are extremely limited toilet facilities in car park B and at the start. Please try to use the toilets in the arena.

• So far we have had reasonably good mobile coverage on all networks in the arenas. If you have problems getting the results on Day 4 and Day 5, connect to the local WiFi “S6D” and navigate to http://10.1.1.1 into your search box.

Finally from Rachel who was injured on her course on Day 2:

• Thank you to all who helped me when I badly hurt my ankle, particularly Callum who went to get the medical team to meet me when I’d made my way down through the forest, very painfully and the medical team themselves.
  I’ve now had an X-ray, and it shows a bone sliver off the end of the tibia and ligament damage, so recovery should be good.
  Thank you also to all the positive support as I’ve hobbled around the assembly area!

Valerie Patterson physio will be there on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday morning.

Valerie is a highly skilled professional massage therapist. She has 30 years’ experience as a nurse and will be providing pre- and post-run sports massage.
