AGM Minutes 2020

Minutes of the Annual General Meeting of the Scottish Orienteering 6-Day Event Company Limited (“the Company”) on 29 October 2020 to approve the Annual Accounts for the year ended 29 February 2020.

Present: David Kershaw (Chairman), Robin Strain, Colin Eades, Rachel Wilson, Ewan McCarthy, Kevin Reynard, Richard Oxlade (SOA), Ben Hartman (SOA), Liz Orr (SOA)

1. Introduction

There being a quorum present the Chairman declared the meeting open.

4. 2019-2020 Statutory Accounts

The Directors’ Report and Financial Statements (“The Financial Statements”) for the year ended 29th February 2020 were presented to the meeting. These were approved by the Directors.

5. Resolution

After due consideration the Members present concluded that the 2019-20 Statutory Accounts fairly reflected the performance of the Company for the year and IT WAS RESOLVED THAT the Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for the period 1 March 2019 to 29 February 2020 be hereby approved.

There being no further business, the meeting then closed.
