Latest entry figures
Entries to the 6-Days are coming from all over the world.
At the beginning of March there were over 3,400 entries for the 2015 Scottish 6 Day event, with 32 nationalities spread across 5 continents: Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe and North America. The UK has the biggest contingent, at 2061 competitors, followed by Sweden with 315, and Switzerland with 265. Those with the furthest distance to travel include the Australia, New Zealand, New Caledonia, Japan and Hong Kong entrants. Entries are 1,000 higher than at the same stage for Moray 2013, the previous Scottish 6 Days event, and with the closing date nearly 4 months away, there is an expectation of around 5000 people taking part this year, the biggest ever competition.
